Introduction

These Terms & Conditions explain how you may access and use our website, subscription services, and digital content. By creating an account, subscribing, or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. 

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Who We Are

BhangraFit by Floare is a digital fitness membership operated by Flora Wellness Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales.

We provide online fitness content, including Bhangra-inspired workouts, structured training programs, and complementary wellness material. All services are delivered digitally from our operating address. No physical products or in-person services form part of this agreement. 

Flora Wellness Ltd is the owner of this website and all associated subscription content.

Using Our Website & Services

To use our services, you must: 

  • Create an account 

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information 

  • Be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian

  • Use the content only for personal, non-commercial purposes 

You must not: 

  • Share your login details or allow others to use your account

  • Copy, download, record, screenshot, or distribute any content

  • Use the content for commercial, training, or group instruction purposes

  • Attempt to bypass security features or access content you have not paid for 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts which breach these terms. 

Subscription & Payments

Subscription Plans
BhangraFit by Floare is offered on a recurring subscription basis:

  • Monthly: £20 per month 

  • Annual: £200 per year (equivalent to two months free)

Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. We do not currently offer free trials but may run promotional offers at our discretion.

Payment Processing 

All payments are processed securely via Wix Payments, which complies with PCI DSS Level 1 security standards. We do not store your full card details. By completing checkout, you authorise Wix to charge your chosen payment method for recurring membership fees in accordance with your selected plan. 

Cancellation 

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Once cancelled: 

  • You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period 

  • You will not be charged again unless you actively re-subscribe 

  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time 

Refunds & Cooling-Off Period

By subscribing, you agree to receive immediate access to digital content. In doing so, you expressly acknowledge and consent that, once access to the digital content begins:

  • Your statutory 14-day cooling-off period is waived 

  • No refunds are available  

If you believe you have been charged in error due to a technical or billing issue, please contact us at bhangrafitbyfloare@gmail.com with: 

  • Proof of cancellation (if applicable) 

  • Details of the disputed charge 

We will investigate and refund any confirmed incorrect payments. 

Access to Content

Your subscription provides access to: 

  • Bhangra workout videos

  • Choreography videos

  • Strength training programs

  • Demonstrations of correct exercise form

  • Healthy recipes and nutritional tips

  • Educational content on fitness, nutrition, and wellbeing

  • Any new content added during your active subscription 

Access is personal and may not be shared or transferred. 

Intellectual Property 

All videos, images, written materials, and other content provided through this platform are owned by Flora Wellness Ltd and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. 

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, record, download, distribute, resell, or otherwise exploit any content in any form. 

Music used within videos remains the property of its respective copyright holders and is used under appropriate licences. All artists are credited where applicable.

Breach of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account without refund and may lead to legal action. 

Health & Safety Disclaimer

All fitness content is created by a qualified fitness professional. However, the content is for general guidance only and does not constitute medical advice. 

By participating in any workout or program, you confirm that:

  • You are in suitable physical condition

  • You have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation

  • You understand that all exercise carries inherent risks

  • You take full responsibility for your own health and safety

Except where required by law, Flora Wellness Ltd accepts no responsibility or liability for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in our workouts or use of our content. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded. We strongly recommend consulting a medical professional before beginning any new fitness program. 

Website Security 

Our website is hosted on Wix, which provides:

  • SSL certificate to encrypt your connection

  • TLS 1.3 encryption for secure data transfer

  • DDoS protection to prevent service disruption

  • Monitored secure servers

  • PCI Level 1 compliance for all payments

While we take reasonable steps to protect your data and access, no system is completely secure. Use of the website is at your own risk.

Service Availability 

We aim to ensure the website and services remain accessible at all times. However, access may be interrupted occasionally due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses arising from temporary service interruptions. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you: 

  • Breach these Terms & Conditions  

  • Share login details 

  • Misuse the platform

  • Distribute or exploit content unlawfully 

If your account is terminated due to breach, you will not be entitled to a refund for any remaining subscription period. We also reserve the right to refuse future access to our services.  

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes to our services or legal requirements. Where changes are material, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through your account. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect. We recommend checking this page occasionally to stay informed of any updates.
